DELIVERIES (UK)
Free Delivery for orders £65 and over,
all other orders below £65 will be £4.99 with tracking.
Please note that you must place your order before 2:00 pm to guarantee next day delivery.
Orders placed after 2:00 pm will be despatched the following working day. Please note that orders placed after 2:00pm on Friday will not be shipped until the following working day - which would be Monday. All orders sent out will be trackable on every move.
DELIVERIES (INTERNATIONAL)
International delivery will of course take longer, so please allow a minimum of 7 to 14 working days. Tracking numbers will not always be automatically generated so please do email to retrieve your tracking number if you have not received it.
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or you require an exchange in size/colour, simply return the item(s) to us at the address below with their original tags and packaging within 7 days of receipt (14 days for International customers only!).
For hygiene reasons, no refunds will be given for products that have aftershave, makeup, body odours or cigarette smoke on.
Return postage is at the buyer's own cost and risk and we advise that all item(s) are returned via tracked mail.
